We are looking for someone who is energetic, bubbly, reliable and has
previous experience in the Childcare and Education Sector/ Early Years.
You are required to be qualified to a SVQ level 3/HNC level in Childhood Practice or SVQ Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF Level 7.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic childcare professional to support all four of our busy Breakfast Club and After School Care bases as a
PLAY SPECIALIST.

strength in organising events and wider opportunities for children aged between 4 years and 12 years

ability to observe children's individual needs and support other staff members to plan accordingly for their needs:
- Skills in the organisation of
profiles/ planning/ observations: - Additional
strength in using local and national documents to support play and learning opportunities for children
play specialist, you will be expected to focus on the information listed above, although there will be additional expectations of the post;
- Collecting children from school, escorting them to Out of School Care Base
- Preparing snack for children
- Ensuring the children are safe and their care and welfare needs are met
- Building relationships with Parents
Out of School Care.
**3pm to 6pm Mon
- Fri (term time)**Breakfast Club Hours are also available to undertake;
Breakfast Club duties include the following,
- Providing a safe environment that meets the care and welfare needs of the children
- Building positive relationship with children and parents/carers
- Escort children to their class lines and supervise until they enter their classroom
- Preparing breakfast for the children
- Planning and undertaking a variety of fun activities with the children
- 9:00am Mon
- Fri (term time)**Rate of Pay for Breakfast Hour
