Hours: 37 hours

Location:
ALS Head Office, Ocean Park House, Cardiff.


Salary:
Starting salary £29,700 rising to £32,200 per annum pro rata (Grade 7).

We are looking for an encouraging individual who will support the professional services including Management levels 2-5, Advice and Guidance levels 3-4 and Learning and Development route advisors with the delivery of Higher Apprenticeship qualifications/frameworks/personal learning programmes to learners and to contribute to the quality and development of ALS' programmes.

The role involves the internal quality assurance of assessment and to manage a small caseload of learners, if appropriate.

The role also involves delivery of learning & development training programmes, internally and externally, and supporting coaching and mentoring qualifications.


The role is predominately based at our Cardiff Head Office, covering the South Wales area and fits within the Management Team reporting to the Route Manager.


ALS is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners, and whilst it is not considered essential criteria, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role.
