Your Duties:
- Receipt, record and distribution of incoming mail across business units.
- Raise stationery requisitions on behalf of unit.
- Assist with booking meetings via online booking system, arranging refreshments, papers and receiving guests to NIHE offices.
- Administrator the Time Management System(TMS) on behalf of the unit.
- Receive and record approval of papers for submission to weekly and monthly committees. Attend and draft minutes of meetings.
- Assist the Regeneration Team with Administrative duties.
- Process invoices for payment.
- Assist with day to day administrative duties as required.
Your Profile:
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- At least 4 GCSEs including English and Maths.
- IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency at a Intermediate level including experience using Microsoft Outlook.
