We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, building relationships with clients, and facilitating successful lettings transactions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable property agency and be a part of a fast-paced, results-driven environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to prospective tenants
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of residential properties
  • Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords to achieve successful lettings
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants
  • Stay uptodate with market trends and changes in property regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed set targets and KPIs

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of the London property market and lettings process
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using relevant software and technology
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a positive attitude
  • Full UK driving license is desirable
