Machine Operator


Location:
Bermuda Park, Nuneaton


Shifts:
Rotating 4 on 4 off, covering both days and nights (06:45-19:00/18:45-07:00)


Hourly Pay:
£ st 4 weeks) £14.24 (After 4 weeks hours worked and 3 x 30-minute breaks.


Key Responsibilities:

Ensure high product quality standards
Conduct accurate stock counts
Manage waste streams efficiently
Maintain equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
Prioritise and contribute to site safety initiatives
Responsible for replenishing machines with necessary materials


Qualifications:

Preferably, prior experience in machine operation
Knowledge of machinery is advantageous
Previous exposure to food processing is a plus
