The day in the life of a Protection Adviser - Supervisor

Set the peace for your team. Responding to enquires generated from our marketing team and converting to policies.
Manage a team of Protection Advisers (Junior/Med experience).
Oversee team performance.
Coaching and 121 support.
Closing sales on behalf of your junior advisers.
Deal with any complaints.
Reporting back to the senior operations team.
Ensuring your team is 100% compliant with FCA regulations.
Quality Assurance. Call listening.
Professional development of your progression.
Performance management.

What we're looking for in our Protection Adviser - Team Supervisor?

Proven track record within protection insurance. i.e., Life or Mortgage protection
Competent adviser status
Solid understanding of the insurance industry
Confident and driven
Professional and punctual
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

What can we offer you?
- £40,000/£50,000 + bonus
