THE ROLE:


In this role, you'll report directly to the Regional Director and collaborate with our passionate, fun-loving team at BBC Studios.

Your focus will be on process, asset deliverables, creative, partner relationships, and overall support for BBC Studio ́s LatAm Licensing team.


  • Internal Process Management: Ensure smooth workflows and optimize internal processes.
  • Performance Insights: Craft datadriven summary decks on LatAm performance to maximize learnings and inform future strategies.
  • Project Support: Contribute to various marketing projects across platforms and events, fostering brand awareness and engagement.
  • Asset Delivery: Manage the timely and efficient delivery of creative assets for partners and internal stakeholders.

Budget Tracking:
Implement innovative methods to track key partner activity and budget spending, ensuring transparency and optimization.

  • Marketing Mix Support: Collaborate with marketing team to execute impactful marketing campaigns across the trade and consumer spectrum in LatAm.
  • Trade & Events: Coordinate the development of trade materials for licensing shows, toy previews, and toy fairs, maximizing brands presence.
  • Character Activations: Oversee exciting character meet and greets and other activations for BBCS ́ portfolio brands, creating lasting memories for fans.
  • Presentations & Communication: Create compelling presentations for internal and external audiences, effectively communicating key messages and strategies.

Am Support:
Assist the LatAm commercial team and agents with process management and regional performance tracking.

  • Global Collaboration: Liaise with the Londonbased Brand team and agents to synchronize regional marketing activities and maximize impact.
  • Pitching & Partnerships: Develop targeted pitch presentations for potential licensees, partners, and retailers, securing lucrative partnerships for BBCS ́brands.
  • Administrative Excellence: Handle administrative duties.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE?:


  • 2+ years of experience in an entertainment role, ideally within a marketing or licensing department.
  • Passion for BBCS ́ brands and children's space
  • Familiarity with BBC programming and British television a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative team player with a thirst for learning and growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus.

If single salary is being advertised: Up to £34,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
