SUCCESSFUL INDEPENDENT AGENT LOOKING FOR A NEW ADDITION TO THE TEAM

Basic up to £20,000 DOE OTE £30/35,000

If you are currently a
Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiator or
Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator and are looking for an exciting job move with uncapped earnings then look no further, busy office looking for someone to add to the team who wants to build a career.

Duties will include:

Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
Showing people around properties in the local area
Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
Matching customer needs for buying and renting of properties
Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input

You will have:

A great telephone manner
Full UK driving licence & car
Excellent organisation skills
A strong customer focus
A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
Ambition and want to be successful and progress your career
