• Manage and supervise a team of employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by employees or customers.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to achieve organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, expenses, and inventory.

• With At least 5 years of experience in the field or the same field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
• Proficient in using computer software and systems for record keeping.
