Role profile:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employee Relations (ER) HR Advisor to join our ER team on a 12 month fixed term basis.
ROLE SUMMARY:
As part of our supportive and inclusive People Function, you will provide comprehensive ER advice & guidance to our people leaders and colleagues on a wide variety of employment related issues, ensuring that our standards for quality and timeliness are met.
Providing advice & guidance across the breadth of our colleague lifecycle, there will also be opportunities to support a diverse range of project related activities through a people lens, for example mergers, acquisitions and divestments.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Providing consistent specialist advice and guidance in line with LSEG People Policy and Processes across the full breadth of ER.
Taking ownership of employee relations casework, including:
- Absence management and wellbeing:
- Aligning to our culture and approach to hybrid working where possible
Ensuring accurate and timely recording and management of ER cases on our case management system.
Working in partnership with our ER Managers to identify risk and liaise with our internal legal counsel.
YOU'LL BRING:
The ability to advise, coach and upskill our People Leaders as you take them through ER issues. A collaborative approach to delivering shared success, both when working within our own team and with our wider partners. A growth mindset that sees challenges as opportunities, and a passion to find a resolution through partnership and influence. ER Advisory experience, a good working knowledge of theory, legislation and best practice, with an understanding of HR systems. Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
