This medium sized, well established law firm is looking for an Office Services/Facilities Manager to handle a wide variety of general office service work and handle routine facilities work to ensure the day-to-day smooth running of the firm's offices basedin East London.

The role will involve all Post Room duties, scanning, photocopying, binding, archiving and storage, re-stocking copies and clearing faults, calling repairment, boardroom preparation and tidying, dealing with cleaners and ordering stocks forkitchen etc.

Facilities duties will include, liaising with contractors to obtain quotes for building work/maintenance and co-ordinating with the landlord, dealing with general office snags, alarm systems, heating/boiler controls, changing light bulbs etc andreacting to emergencies.

The role would suit someone with a good office service background who has plenty of common sense and is good with people as you will be in daily close contact with all members of staff.

This is a permanent, full-time role and has comeabout due to the current job holder retiring.

This is busy but straight forward job, working with nice people that would suit someone with good expereince looking for a long term, steady role.

Hours 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday. This is an office-based job,there is no option for home working.
