This very successful 11-16 secondary school is seeking an enthusiastic, suitably qualified Teaching Assistant to support the learning of all students, including those with special educational needs.

The role involves working with teachers, SENCO, and a dedicated support team to enhance the development of our students.

We are looking for a colleague with:

  • positive, 'can do' attitude
- excellent communication skills
- a desire to make a difference to our students' lives
- experience in supporting children with social and emotional needs
- high expectations and a commitment to ensuring that young people with additional needs are able to prosper and succeed, both personally and academically
