Regional Sales Manager (SEO PPC Digital)

£35,000 to £40,000 Basic Salary plus Bonuses and Full Bens

London Office


As the Regional Sales Manager you' ll play a crucial role in the growth of clients portfolio helping to identify business weaknesses and actualising opportunities for growth.

You'll need a good sales head on you - backed up by a thorough understanding ofmarketing solutions. You'll need to have a commercial understanding to support all types of businesses in different types of industries.


Key Requirements


For this role, you'll need a well-rounded understanding of the opportunities that exist for Digital marketing, as well as an ability to analyse information from different sources.

As it's a business growth role, you'll be on the phone a lot but also willbe meeting with clients for potential verticals and target markets.

Ability to adapt to and lead through fast-paced and high-growth

  • 5+ years of experience selling within the Media / Digital Marketing industry
  • Relentless new business hunter with an exceptional track record of overachievement
  • Sharp strategic thinker who can think outside the box. History of innovative approaches
  • Strong networking skills with an active network at Clevel within major global multinational companies
  • Experience of independently identifying, influencing negotiating, structuring and closing strategic/high revenue impact, enterprise solutions
  • Strong experience of developing and maintaining global, cultural, complex and long term client relationships that sustain results Strong pipeline management skills
  • You may also be required to support in tender submissions and gathering relevant information to support at the pitch stage.

Regional Manager SEO/PPC Specification:


  • Developing new business opportunities through call targets and social media networking.
  • Tracking your business through CRM
  • Closing business and managing aftersales process billing prorata and obtaining client brief
  • Working closely with sales team and technical team to setup the campaigns
  • Managing client expectations and providing monthly analytical reporting
  • Managing client billing and keeping on top of payments
  • Ongoing client management to win upsell business / crosschannel business and new business referrals
  • Reaching monthly individual and regions sales targets (discussed at interview stage)
  • Maintaining high client retention rate by developing and fostering long lasting client relationships
  • Keeping abreast of the latest online trends and strategies and communicating these to potential clients with a view to converting them into paid clients
