Description
We are a bed based Rehabilitation, Re-enablement and Recovery unit located in Grimsby.

Our multi-disciplinary service consists of Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and Care staff who all work collaboratively to prevent unnecessary and lengthy stays in hospital or admission into long term care, wherever possible.


We provide a range of therapies and support to assist people in their recovery and regain their independence, enabling them to return to their own homes safely and with any additional support in place.

This could be following a period of illness, trauma, surgery, or a significant health event.
