Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working in conjunction with colleagues within the Resourcing Team to advertise vacancies and marketing them via social media platforms.
- Dealing with the offer process often negotiating offers within the parameters outlined by the hiring managers.
- On rare occasions, engaging with and managing recruitment companies where external assistance is deemed necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition role gained either with an inhouse recruitment team or a recruitment company.
- Experience in the use of applicant tracking systems to manage numerous vacancies simultaneously would be beneficial.
- A good standard of secondary education with good numeracy, literacy and IT skills is essential.
