Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Working in conjunction with colleagues within the Resourcing Team to advertise vacancies and marketing them via social media platforms.
Dealing with the offer process often negotiating offers within the parameters outlined by the hiring managers.
On rare occasions, engaging with and managing recruitment companies where external assistance is deemed necessary.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition role gained either with an inhouse recruitment team or a recruitment company.
Experience in the use of applicant tracking systems to manage numerous vacancies simultaneously would be beneficial.
A good standard of secondary education with good numeracy, literacy and IT skills is essential.
