The Role


As an Implementation Consultant, you will be a key member of one of our teams within Heywood Pension Technologies ('Heywood') - delivering and configuring software solutions for our customers.


You will be instrumental in providing UAT support and producing high quality documentation of our procedures and processes, giving feedback on where improvements can be made.

You will be comfortable and confident conducting training, both internally and externally, on our products.


In this role, you will be able to build strong working relationships across teams, producing test plans and assisting with readiness testing within Technology and supporting our Service Desk team by providing 3rd line support alongside mentoring junior members of your team.

£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
