Pyramid8 is currently recruiting for a large NHS Organisation based across Leeds for a strong Project Advisor / Project Administrator to work on a large scale heath improvement programme

They will be responsible for the delivery of agreed areas of project management, improvement and support across a portfolio of change projects to deliver improved population outcomes for people living in Leeds


They are looking for a highly organised and efficient individual who can work as part of a team and on their own with a high degree of self motivation.

You will have gained some experienced in a Project Manager role ideally withing a healthcare organisation

Role

  • Provide professional leadership and management to the Project Administrators and Project Support Officers and support the development of a skilled, agile and cohesive team working to standardised processes and methodologies.
  • Support the effective implementation of key projects by providing high quality project management, improvement and PHM support to deliver priorities within the Annual Delivery plan and improve outcomes for the population of Leeds
  • Coordinate and provide input to a range of projects, using agreed methods, relating to project specification, planning, dependency mapping, risk management, stakeholder management, highlight and exception reporting.
  • Undertake facilitation, and support the delivery of specific improvement methods and support the team to enable delivery of key priority areas within matrix teams
  • Support the Senior Programme Managers in the delivery of more complex change programmes and projects being delivered across the organisation
