Role Scope

  • Work with Project Team / Work Streams to define project schedule structure including work breakdown structures (WBS) and summary milestones (MS)
  • Work with Project Team / Work Streams to define schedule detailed activities and ensure the interdependencies (Internal& External), their logic links and float are clearly defined
  • Update and maintain schedules with latest information provided from the project teams / work streams
  • Facilitate schedule progress review meetings with project teams / work streams
  • Perform project progress monitoring duties including identifying critical activities, dependencies and reviewing forecasts
  • Management of the resource planning process and report up to leadership
  • Incorporate resource planning within project schedules, where required
  • Generate project schedule reports in‐line with agreed reporting timelines including progress achieved to date, progress s‐curves, dependencies, critical path analysis and schedule lookaheads
  • Incorporate approved changes to scope / timelines into the schedule
  • Generate change control schedules to facilitate approval of timelines
  • Highlight schedule risks / issues to the Project Team / Work Stream and support teams in the development of mitigation plans
  • Assist the Project Team / Work Streams with evaluating schedule "what if" analysis
  • Manage changes to the baselined plan via formal change control
  • Ensure schedule compliance with AMRC policies: version control, data protection, confidentiality
  • Define and manage planning process
  • Any other duties as specified by the Project Lead / Manager
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in project management or related field of study

Desirable

  • 35 years' experience in a related field, preferably in the renewables sector
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills including minute taking
  • Should have excellent skills in all platforms of the MS Office Suite (most notably MS Excel)
  • Must be able to drive and be flexible on working locations
  • Flexible on working hours
  • Task driven and orientated towards achieving targets
  • Commercially astute
  • Professional presentation
  • Good and confident communication skills at all business levels

  • To update the company work monitoring systems with accurate details
  • Assist in improving operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
