Description

• Efficiently run busy weddings and events covering every stage of enquiry and coordination.
• Offer the client a 'concept to completion' wedding planning service.
• Track and proactively monitor all wedding enquiries.
• Regularly assess competition and market trends.
• Proactively monitor key wedding planning dates, conduct final details meetings, and ensure all event instructions are communicated effectively to all relevant parties.
• Assist in organising and hosting the wedding open evenings and wedding fayres internally and externally.
• Be proactive in looking at new marketing ideas by attending wedding fayres and all available channels.
• Work in collaboration with the operational team to coordinate the weddings and events.

• Proactive seller, create and utilise all sales leads available, maximise the potential to upsell/cross sell
• Excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail

• Have at least 3 year's previous experience in a wedding/events role
