    Summary

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join the Accounts Payable team at A&O Shearman in Belfast.

    This role involves providing high-quality services to internal and external clients on a timely basis, working with the Team Lead to enhance reporting systems and transactional processes, and supporting the Accounts Payable team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver professional, responsive, and effective relationships with clients
    • Communicate effectively with others and provide detailed financial information
    • Work well under pressure and multi-task to meet targets and deadlines
    • Maintain established processes and systems
    • Assimilate large amounts of information quickly and learn rapidly

    Requirements

    • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
    • Excellent communication and interaction skills
    • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
    • Experience with Microsoft Office packages
    • Background in Accounts Payable environment (advantageous)
