Job Summary:

Resourcing group are recruiting for a large social housing contractor to find a highly motivated and experienced Senior Planner/Team Leader to join the team.

The Senior Planner/Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling and managing a team of planners to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of planners to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Create project schedules, plans, and time lines using planning software, ensuring that all tasks are correctly identified, sequenced, and resourced.
Monitor progress against the project plan, identify and report any deviations and provide solutions to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and subcontractors, to ensure that all project requirements are met.
Provide leadership and guidance to the planning team, including mentoring, training, and development.
Develop and implement planning processes, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and ensure best practice.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation, including health and safety requirements.
Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
