Job Summary:
We are seeking Production Operatives to join the team at our clients manufacturing facility.

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for accurately measuring, sizing, cutting and sewing various fabrics for the upholster of various forms of seating and accessories, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organised working environment.

Responsibilities:

• To manufacture upholstered covers for various forms of seating and accessories
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasks
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• A degree of Manual handling and bending is associate with certain tasks involved

Requirements:

• Excellent attendance and timekeeping
• Consistent performance with a professional, enthuasistic attitude

• Willingness to learn

• All training provided no experience necessary
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow safety protocol
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as needed

Own transport is essential due to company location.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
