We have a brilliant opportunity for an inspiring Lecturer to join our Adult provision in the Health and Social Care department reporting into the Head of Section until the end of the academic year 23/24.

As a successful growing department, we are now branching out to extend our curriculum to include courses around Alternative therapies within Health and Social Care.

We have recently acquired a therapies room for teaching and we are looking for a motivated and passionate teacher who has an extensive experience in offering therapies in care.

You must also be flexible in your teaching, as the role will include teaching hours with the Access to HE team.

As part of this role you will help develop the therapies curriculum in line with the college's aims and objectives for this area's curriculum plan.

You will work closely with management, colleagues and students to ensure success for both college and students. Your confidence and excellent communication skills will also ensure a great partnership with our stakeholders too.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous experience in teaching adults to help shape the future of our department.

Not only will you be leading tutorship on the course and sharing your experience and knowledge but you always be creating opportunities for students, including work experience.

You will be motivated and have great interpersonal skills and an ability to engage, motivate and support mixed ability learners.
