**Head of Quant (Trading) - Remote working - Outside IR35

Essential Skills
:
Experience leading Quant teams, experience working with Python, indepth knowledg of Python, data analysis, data modelling and visualisation.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Our client, an SME trading business, are looking to enhance their quant capability in conjunction with a successful funding round.

As the Head of Quant you will be taking over existing models, documenting the code and 'as is' situation. You will then look to define issues and inefficiencies in order to scope out a 'to be' model.

To complete this you will be working closely with Front officeand back office stakeholders, plus scaling a team to deliver the 'rebuild'.

As the successful Head of Quant you will have strong commercial experience managing and leading teams using Python and Data analysis.

You will have a deep understanding of data visualisation and data modelling. You will also be comfortable collaborating withand working front office and senior stakeholders.
