Description

We have an exciting apprenticeship opportunity, based at our Milton Keynes Head Office.

You will be working as part of a dedicated team transforming the way support is delivered currently in the London Home Counties area via Telent to Openreach and other communication providers.

The purpose of the role is to support the telecoms operations. Reporting to the Senior Project Managers and working closely with other Project Managers and Supervisors.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organisation as a whole
Work closely with the Senior Project Managers, to understand the processes of the company
Communicate regularly with APT's clients, to process data efficiently
Keeping files and online databases regularly up to date

Entry requirements

Minimum of 4/C or equivalent in GCSE maths and English

A good understanding of Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Training to be provided

You will receive formal on-the-job training where appropriate to ensure you are up-skilled as technology develops along with E-learning schemes to help or refresh skills on-line.

Training at Milton Keynes College.
