The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a number ofCustomer Service Advisers/ Pre-Delivery Advisers based in Huncoat, Accrington.
3 month contract
Job Information;
- To deliver service excellence within the customer contact journey
- To deal with High Level complaints and work with Alternative dispute resolution services
- To consistently delight customers (internal and external) in every contact they make with us, either
- To respond to customer calls and correspondence within agreed service levels
- To resolve complaints to a high standard and maintain the reputation of our clients brand.
- To be bold enough to make decisions and take ownership when resolving customer complaints
- To communicate with stores, DCs and suppliers regarding required information and changes to
- To achieve targets and KPIs as set by the Leadership Team and CS Managers
- To uphold company policies and procedures wherever possible
Skills Needed
We are looking for Customer Service Advisers who are passionate about delivering first-class customer service whilst reaching a resolution for our customer's complaints and are eager to contribute to business improvement.
Salary:
£11.62 per hour
Monday - Friday
This position is interviewing as soon as next week with a start date of 02/09 for a 8-12 duration.
