Have an accredited Building Services degree
Higher educational qualification and experience within a similar role
Be Chartered Member of CIBSE or be working towards your Chartership
Have strong communication skills
Show a keen interest in learning whilst on the job
Have excellent organisation skills
Have at least 5 years with a recognised company
Have project experience within different sectors

Responsibilities:

Establishing and developing the design of Engineering solutions and systems
Preparing concept plans and briefs for projects
Producing reports in support of the design concepts
Supporting the design team and client with regard to Operation and ongoing maintenance
