Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Application Support Specialist to join our small team and take charge of providing exceptional support for our third-party SaaS-based platform.

Proficiency in handling JSON and XML data formats is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

User Support and Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to user queries and technical issues related to our SaaS-based platform. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems to provide efficient solutions, ensuring mínimal disruption to user experience.

Partner API Connectivity: Collaborate with partners to establish and maintain API connectivity between our platform and third-party systems. Monitor API integrations, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and work towards enhancing integration processes with our 3rd party vendor.

Technical Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by users and partners. Escalate complex issues to relevant teams while providing clear and detailed information to facilitate swift resolution.

General Website Support: Provide technical assistance for website-related matters, including content updates, functionality improvements, and addressing technical glitches.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyse and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in handling JSON and XML data formats, including parsing, manipulation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with API integrations and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to nontechnical users.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering topnotch support and service.
  • Detailoriented with a proactive approach to problemsolving.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
