Commercial Property Executive / Solicitor - Great Cardiff Firm


TSR Legal have an excellent opportunity for a 1 plus years PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and successful Cardiff law firm, you'll be offered a competitive salary, a friendly and inclusive working environment, and clear opportunitiesto progress.


Applications are encouraged from Trainee Solicitors who have completed a seat in commercial property / real estate as well as Senior Paralegals who are looking to develop their career in this field.

There is a potential Training Contract and even a transferof training contract for the right individual.


If you are motivated, driven, personable and have a 'can do' attitude you will be a welcome addition to this award winning and motivated team.


The Role

  • Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including HMO's and divided leases etc.
  • Sale and purchase of freehold retail & industrial units
  • Sales and purchases of small businesses
  • Day to day handling of complex commercial property matters

About you

  • Previous experience handling a varied & complex commercial property caseload
