Are you highly motivated and organised and looking for a new opportunity?

We are looking for someone with significant Admin experience who would like to coordinate the administrative processes for our Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) Service.

SDEC is based in the heart of Harrogate District Hospital. You will provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative service to our extremely busy SDEC.

We are looking for a great team player, who can work using their own initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and the work ethic to be able to work under pressure whilst ensuring high standards are consistently achieved.

To work as a core member of Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) to help facilitate the smooth running of the patient journey by coordinating processes provided to patients

To proactively manage and liaise with clinical and administrative teams regarding co-ordinating medical information to expedite the continuing care of patients

To ensure effective communication across service providers for the smooth transfer of patients.

Undertake Secretarial/PA workload using time management, planning and organising skills, remaining calm when responding to changing priorities.
