This highly regarded Nuneaton practice is looking to strengthen its Private Client team with the appointment of a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive to deal with a high calibre caseload of private client matters.

Reporting to the Head of Department you will handle private client work dealing with Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection (deputyship primarily).

You will be responsible for running your own caseload as well as helping with more complexmatters.

This is a chance to join a friendly, professional firm in Nuneaton and have a crucial role in the growth of the department, you will also be given fully funded training to become a STEP qualified member.
