IT Service Desk Analyst
Salary - £20-24,000 per annum
Hybrid working - 3 days office, 2 days remote

Your responsibilities include

  • Configuring and troubleshooting support issues
  • Document all user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue
  • Prioritise and schedule problems.
  • Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced support analyst.
  • Closing completed queries to avoid escalation
  • Work in accordance with ITIL processes and procedures
Technical skills you will require

  • Active Directory administration
  • Windows 10, and Office 365 support
  • Supporting different mobile devices (Blackberry, iPhone/iPad, Android)
  • Service Now knowledge (or similar ITSM knowledge)
  • Installation/moves of hardware such as printers, digital senders, MFDs (multifunction devices), PC's, and all peripheral items
