They are looking to employ a HR Advisor to join their friendly people team, as their HR Advisor you will play a crucial part in overseeing employee relations and further business development.

It is a varied role and perfect for someone who is ambitious and proactive, with positive 'can-do' attitude


Key accountabilities:


  • Providing practical HR and employee relation advice and direction for line managers across the business
  • Promoting colleague engagement and positive mindset agenda
  • Advising managers to ensure the correct procedures are followed when carrying out grievance / disciplinary / performance improvement investigations, hearings and attendance management
  • Acting on relevant HR KPI information in a timely manner itemising trends and generating it in a format that is readily available for managers to review e.g. sickness absence
  • Adhering to and promoting the company's core values
  • Previous experience working within a similar HR role at a similar level with exposure to ER scenarios.
  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 or working towards.
  • Experience working in the health and social care sector, ideally within an HR role

  • Willingness to work flexibly and to keep knowledge and skills up to date.

  • Full driver's licence with business insurance (expenses paid for insurance where necessary).

Pay:

- £30,000 to £32,000


Hours:


  • Monday to Friday, office hours.

£31,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
