Position

CSL Planner (Customer Side leak). Maternity Cover for 1 year. 24 hours per week. Preferred 4 days of 6 hours Monday to Friday with 1 day off but this is flexible and can be discussed._

What you'll be doing

  • You will plan a daily schedule of work to a team of up to 10 fieldbased technicians, ensuring fixed appointment slots are met as part of a customer guarantee scheme.
  • You will build a strong working relationship with field teams and repair planners from both internal and external companies.
  • You will help manage a workload backlog to ensure the average age is maintained by sending letters and arranging for an outbound call team to pursue customers on the older jobs.
  • You will update individual work orders with technician feedback making sure each job is accurate and up to date for follow on visits to be planned.

What you should bring to the role

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to take ownership of a large backlog of jobs, as well as the ability to analyse data to identify potential issues
  • Ideally experience with SAP and Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word Mail Merge. However, all training is provided.
  • An ability to prioritise projects with an awareness of the importance in meeting deadlines.
There is no experience necessary as training will be provided in all aspects of this work. A positive attitude and good communication skills both verbal and written is essential


Salary:
£21,000.00 pro rata.
