Hunter Savage is currently partnering with this leading Scottish law firm to recruit a senior associate into their tax and private client practice.

This is a senior role which would suit an experienced tax and private client solicitor 5 + years PQE who can lead and take ownership over their client relationships.

The Role

You will lead on client relationships and therefore delivering high quality advice on all areas of tax and succession planning to include more specific advice around tax and capital gains tax, the preparation of wills and wider estate planning, powers of attorney, complex executry administration and the creation and admin around trusts.

The Person
Ideally you will meet the following criteria

Qualified Solicitor
Ideally 5 + years PQE
Extensive experience of private client and tax advisory with clients
Very strong client first approach with an ability to lead on client relationships
Collaborative approach and ability to work well as part of a leading team
