Job Description:


Key tasks to be undertaken by this role are:

  • Responsible for assisting with Business Rates appeals, both current and pending, on an ongoing basis. Providing regular updates and liaising with agents representing Godolphin with the appeals process
  • Data input using the Estates Management System for processing all information.
  • Maintaining accurate information within all databases and systems
  • Manage H&S information relating to contractors attending Estates sites; to be reviewed monthly to ensure information is current and up to date.
  • Maintain records of Risk Assessments, Method Statements, COSHH assessments
  • Arranging staff training across the Estates & Facilities team, working closely with Managers to ensure compliance with the HSE
  • Assisting the Finance Analyst with data inputting
  • Submitting water, gas and electric reads on various platforms and liaising with energy and service providers as required.
  • Order processing for Property and Estates teams
  • Any other admin tasks as required.

Qualifications:


Skills and experience

  • Previous experience with admin processes within a Facilities, Property or Estates function would be desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to sort, manipulate and maintain data within Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A working understanding of accounting principles is desirable.
  • Working understanding of H&S regulations, and control of contractors is desirable
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise work effectively
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
