About Us:

We are a leading global law firm, seeking a dynamic individual to join our Alternative Legal Services (ALT) Finance team in Belfast.

As a key player in our team, you will work on a variety of high-profile projects, including finance deals, securitisation, debt capital markets transactions, derivatives work, and large-scale outsourcing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Transactional Support: Assist in London-led finance deals, including company searches, drafting corporate authorisations, and handling the execution process.

Derivatives Projects: Contribute to regulatory-change projects by reviewing and amending Derivatives documents, negotiating with clients and counterparties, and utilizing legal tech for efficiency.

Large Outsourcing Projects: Play a vital role in reviewing and amending NDA or trade finance documents, negotiating with clients and counterparties, and leveraging legal tech to streamline processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential: Law graduate (2:1 or above) or equivalent post-graduate qualification. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and tech literacy.

Desirable: Experience in a commercial legal environment, preferably in a private practice law firm.
