Finance Analyst - Urgently Required

Position:
Finance Analyst

Hours:
5 days per week

Rate:
-£400-£500 per day

Location:

Central London

Duration:
3 months (with possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:

Prepare parent company accounts and coordinate submission of group yearend figures
Liaise with the business and key stakeholders to ensure reporting deadlines are met
Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and conduct impact review of new IFRS
Work alongside the Financial Accounting Manager to maintain accounting policies across the Group
Support on ad hoc work as may be requested by the manager as well as other members of the Financial Accounting and wider Group Finance teams
Liaise with external auditors to discuss and resolve queries as they arise and ensure a smooth audit process
Support wider finance teams to manage impairment reviews
Maintain the accounting and reporting for a number of centrally managed areas including reporting on intercompany, consolidation including equity accounting, and oversight of elimination entries of interdivisional and intercompany trading
