Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and ensuring their needs are met.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their needs.
  • Sell products and services to customers, utilizing upselling techniques when appropriate.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy, finding appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a positive customer experience.

Skills:


  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £25,888.43 per year
