We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their needs.
Sell products and services to customers, utilizing upselling techniques when appropriate.
Communicate effectively with customers in English
Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy, finding appropriate solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a positive customer experience.

Skills:

Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

Job Types:

Salary:
From £25,888.43 per year
