We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their needs.
- Sell products and services to customers, utilizing upselling techniques when appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy, finding appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a positive customer experience.
Skills:
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
From £25,888.43 per year
