About us
Oriental food suppliers are open to trade and public located in Chester. We supply a wide range of Asian food (Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese) Ambient, Fresh, and Frozen delicacies

Duties:

The ability to work independently and support our small and friendly team
Excellent IT skills
Proven record of bookkeeping and proficiency with Xero
Rapid data entry with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure during busier periods
The ability to translate data into a simple format using excel
Proven verbal and written communication skills for dealing with our valuable clients
The ability to manage business correspondence
Preparing payroll for our accountant.

Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
