About us
Oriental food suppliers are open to trade and public located in Chester. We supply a wide range of Asian food (Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese) Ambient, Fresh, and Frozen delicacies
Duties:
- The ability to work independently and support our small and friendly team
- Excellent IT skills
- Proven record of bookkeeping and proficiency with Xero
- Rapid data entry with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure during busier periods
- The ability to translate data into a simple format using excel
- Proven verbal and written communication skills for dealing with our valuable clients
- The ability to manage business correspondence
- Preparing payroll for our accountant.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£12.50 per hour
