Bridge recruitment are currently looking for a Housing Management Litigation Solicitor for a prestigious client based in Bromley. This role requires someone with 0 -5 years PQE in Housing Management Litigation.

This role will involve:

Manage a busy caseload of housing litigation matters to include defending disrepair claims, possession, civil injunctions, defending EPA claims, ASB and fraud.
Strong background in dealing with landlord and tenant matters, AST and leasehold matters.
Delivering excellent client services preferably in private practice.
