Salary up to £35,000 + Benefits + Career Growth Opportunites**CV Screen is recruiting for a IT Support Technician to join a scientific charity based in Stevenage.

A salary of up to £35,000 + benefits is available.

This is a front-line support role working in a stimulating and rewarding environment, suitable for a strong problem solver who has the ability to work across a range of issues of varying scale and complexity.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents for internal users
Ensuring feedback related to IT issues is provided in a timely manner to all requesters
Providing handson support to onsite users and remote support to external sites as required

COMPANY DETAILS:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT Support Technician to join a well established medical research charity. They are growing their IT Support team and there will be ample opportunity for growth and progression.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

2nd line support (2+ years' experience)
Linux Admin and support skills (2+ years of experience)
Good experience in using MS Azure, MS Office 365, Freshdesk, Agresso
Ability to communicate at all levels of technical expertise and seniority, inside and outside the organization, both verbally and in writing.
