Key responsibilities:

You will participate and lead on large-scale advisory projects, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, HNWI tax planning, corporate restructuring, private equity, and tax disputes and investigations, whilst reviewing and evaluating tax returnsto ensure compliance and accuracy.

CTA qualified and has uptodate knowledge and technical expertise in a wide range of taxrelated areas.
Has experience reviewing work and providing guidance and feedback.
