Our client is an extremely successful, award winning property company who have a reputation for superior quality and customer service.
Due to continued success they are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator/Valuer to help grow their residential salesdepartment.
We are looking for an articulate and self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic about the Manchester property market and excited by the prospect of joining a rapidly growing business.
Duties of the role will include:
- Generating new business using the database, canvassing material and networking events
- Conducting Market Appraisals and instructing new listings to the market
- Taking photographs and producing floorplans
- Arranging and carrying out viewings
- Marketing properties across various portals to ensure maximum exposure
- Negotiating sales, liaising with vendors and buyers
- Providing vendor and buyer database's, including providing regular feedback
- Nurturing your own pipeline of potential sellers/ new property listings
- Meeting & exceeding sales targets set by management

To be considered for this role, you must be highly professional,with the ability to work under pressure and be driven to succeed in a highly competitive market.
Working hours will be 9am-6pm Monday to Friday with a 4pm finish on a Friday. You will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.Basic salary £20k - £25k plus commission OTE £35k.
