Use analytics to drive customer targeting and be influential in the growth and retention of customers

THE COMPANY
A leading retailer within the UK market who understand data. Be part of the flexible and positive team by helping them achieve the companies growth and data targets

THE ROLE
As a CRM Analyst your focus will be to understand who the customer base are in detail, specifically you will:

Identify each individual customer segment through analysis understanding demographic, gender, geographical location and more
Identify areas for optimisation in the CRM process through segmentation and segmentation models
Use analytical tool such as Google Analytics or SQL to query large sets of data to extract insights and new ways to increase the optimisation of current CRM Strategy
Work with the wider marketing team to understand the goals of the team and use analytics to drive new strategies and projects forward

YOUR SKILLS

Strong GA or SQL to query and code large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for data led decisions
Experience in segmentation and helping to build targeted marketing campaigns
Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
