We're currently recruiting for a
Peer Support Coordinator to our Changes Peer Support Service.


In this role, you'll promote an accessible service based on an individual's needs to deliver a comprehensive, time limited care package to achieve defined goals, negotiated via the peer support relationship.

You'll provide line management to Peer Support Workers and Volunteers ensuring our clients receive the best service possible.

You'll be one of our recovery champions working with service users' strengths and personal goals to reduce offending behaviours and increase independence to enable them to define, build and live independent and satisfying lives.

So do you have:


  • The ability to build strong and trusting relationships
  • Leadership skills, support your team to be the best we can be
  • A desire to support others with a creative, flexible and imaginative approach to working with clients
  • Good interpersonal skills including listening and displaying empathy
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes.
