**Pension Implementation Consultant

  • 12 month FTC**
    This role is working for a FinTech who offer pension, savings and investment products.

The Implementation Consultant role is key to the delivery of successful change projects in order to deliver successful customer outcomes for Members and Clients. The role is dynamic in that your day can contain a variety of different tasks relatedto Client Implementation activity.

You will also provide support to the business by fulfilling various additional tasks as identified by the Operations Management Team from time to time.



This is a 12 month FTC and is hybrid with two days in their South London office.

The Role:


  • Leading the onboarding of new workplace pension and/or savings Clients including some of the tasks below
  • Communicating with Clients to request outstanding information required to allow the implementation/change project to proceed.
  • Liaising with the Growth team and Implementation Consultants to ensure scheme requirements are understood and captured correctly within scheme documentation.
  • Leading the training of new and existing Clients on the Employer Pension and Workplace savings portals through predominantly remote sessions.
  • Checking and processing data feeds from Clients onto the Pension and Savings platforms in line with agreed processes.
  • Lead the build and configuration of the Platform record for the Client as per their agreed requirements.
  • Ensuring all work is delivered to agreed timelines and estimates.
  • Manage multiple concurrent Client activities of varying sizes, complexity and activity with mínimal oversight.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction during implementation projects.
  • Ensure that all actions are documented and kept up to date.
  • Identify and implement areas for potential process improvements.

The Person:


  • Experience of working within previous implementation roles.
  • Previous pension experience
  • A professional, positive and approachable demeanour with a desire to help people.
  • A fantastic work ethic with the confidence and personal skills to develop relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with good tone and excellent grammar.
  • The ability to work in a team environment but also on your own.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage your own time effectively.
  • Computer and tech literate have good experience in the use of Excel and Word.
