Customer Experience Manager
Salary - £30,000 - £35,000
Contract:
Permanent - Full time.
The Customer Delivery Co-ordinators (CDC) are responsible for ensuring that appointments for customers in their homes take place at the agreed date and time, and that any failures or follow-on work are identified, captured, and managed successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of customer experience / customer service staff
- To provide strong and effective leadership to the team, ensure staff are effective in their roles, supported and motivated.
- To develop the service and individuals to achieve a highly organised operational delivery.
- To manage subcontractors supporting the delivery of works, ensuring high levels of quality and satisfaction.
- To meet KPI performance and customer satisfaction targets for the service area as defined by Vivo SLAs.
- Implementing best practices to reduce waste and downtime.
- Monitoring of jobs per day and trackers to ensure maximum output per trade per day.
- To use the OnetoOne processes effectively to deliver this. To effectively manage other employee related issues such as sickness and absence, health and safety, grievance and disciplinary, in line with procedures.
