Description:

We're hiring a Customer Experience Specialist for our client in East Kilbride.


The Role

  • Processing orders onto systems
  • Checking stock availability
  • Progressing order
  • Updating customers on order status
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Chasing lead times of products
  • Advise customers on issues on delivery dates
  • Provide administrative support to the wider internal team

Are you;

  • Confident liaising with internal and external customers and suppliers
  • Excited to join a growing company who promote from within
  • Able to commit to a fully based office role

Do you have;

  • Excellent commutations skills
  • Knowledge of using MS packages
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
