Senior Credit Controller:

  • Manage and ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for management.
  • Liaise with clients to resolve any payment issues and discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the accounting & finance team to improve credit control procedures.
  • Conduct credit checks on prospective clients.
  • Monitor client accounts for irregular transactions and follow up with clients accordingly.
  • Provide excellent customer service while dealing with client enquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Senior Credit Controller should have:

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • A keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
